What You'll Do

• Lead & Motivate: Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Drive Sales: Develop strategies to exceed sales targets and expand market reach.
• Recruit & Retain: Attract top talent and foster a competitive, goal-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in sales leadership, preferably in the solar or home improvement industry.
• Experience managing commission-based sales teams.
• Strong recruitment, training, and team-building skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals.

• Must have own vehicle.
