Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Hire, train, and coach sales team members to ensure they are meeting performance goals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to provide exceptional customer service and maintain customer relationships
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
