Job Title: Dual Director of Sales

Location: Fairfield by Marriott Salt Lake City Airport / Holiday Inn Salt lake City Airport

Job Overview: The Dual Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales efforts for two properties, driving revenue, and maximizing profitability. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on sales activities to achieve the hotels’ financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both properties.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agencies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and service.
• Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and create plans to capitalize on them.
• Manage the hotels’ pricing strategy and negotiate contracts to ensure maximum profitability.
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the hotels.
• Create and maintain sales reports to track performance and progress toward goals.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Several years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with dual property sales management.
• Strong understanding of the local market and competition.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
