1. Bachelor's degree in business, dentistry, or a related field; MBA or dentist preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the dental industry or healthcare sector.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful sales teams.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
6. Strategic thinker with analytical aptitude and proficiency in sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
7. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and 8. business priorities.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
