Job Title: High-Level Sales Manager
Location: Downtown Fort Lauderdale
Compensation: Base Hourly $15-18/hr + Commission + Tips
Average: $20-$25/hr minimum

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic High-Level Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in driving sales growth for our Corporate Wellness Programs, Spa Services, and Wellness Products. This role is ideal for someone with a high level of sales expertise and a passion for health and wellness. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the local business community, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Wellness Sales: Actively promote and sell our corporate wellness programs to local businesses, showcasing the benefits for employee wellness, productivity, and morale.
- Spa Services Sales: Educate and encourage clients to explore our range of spa services, highlighting personalized solutions for relaxation, stress management, and self-care.
- Product Sales: Drive sales of wellness products, vitamins, and supplements by demonstrating product knowledge and understanding client needs.
- Client Outreach: Identify, connect with, and build relationships with potential clients, decision-makers, and local businesses through networking, outreach, and in-person meetings.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Client Retention: Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and encourage repeat business.
- Reporting and Goal Tracking: Track and report sales metrics and meet or exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in high-level sales or business development, preferably within wellness, spa, or health-related industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client records and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of wellness products, services, or corporate wellness benefits is a plus.
