Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share in the retail furniture sector.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key retailers and distributors.
- Drive new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new retail partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail clients.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the furniture or retail industry.
- Strong network and knowledge of the retail furniture market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
