Job Description

Based in Nashville, TN, PatientFocus works with healthcare providers across the US exclusively servicing the patient-pay revenue cycle. PatientFocus functions as an extension of our clients’ billing office, providing complete patient financial engagement and payment management after insurance.

PatientFocus is seeking an energetic, solutions oriented entrepreneurial professional to execute key lead generation responsibilities within our Sales Team. Working closely with our sales and marketing leadership this Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating, developing, and qualifying new leads for our sales organization helping us drive growth and increase our market share. You will work closely with our Sales Reps and the VP of Marketing and Sales to deliver lead specific content to drive results. Success for this role is based on your ability to generate and qualify a set number of monthly quality leads for our sales organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Personalize strategic messaging through email, social channels, and outbound phone calls to engage prospective clients
  • Maintain an active pipeline of engaged prospects through consistent and meaningful follow-up
  • Secure and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calls, networking events, and conferences
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage and report on a sales pipeline with meaningful insights to efficiently drive sales to close
  • Provide the marketing team with feedback that leads to the development of collateral and marketing materials

Qualifications

  • 1 year of sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills with attention to listening and details
  • Self-started motivated to achieve goals and overcome challenges
  • Excels at time management and prioritizing tasks
  • Process and data-driven mindset
