Scrub Daddy is looking for a Full-time International Sales Support Coordinator for our corporate office in Pennsauken, NJ. The International Sales Support individual will work directly with our international customers and be the point of contact for technical inquiries. This position will be on-site at the corporate headquarters.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Manage sales orders to ensure accurate data entry and timely communication.
  • Work with International Distributors and the supply chain on requests for quotes on new items and promotions and evaluate EWA (early warning alert) for availability and timing for promotion rollouts.
  • Assist the International Sales Manager in gathering and analyzing international forecasts, sending order confirmations, and other sales input needed for inventory planning.
  • Maintain monthly sales and shipping reports.
  • Provide back-up assistance for the International Sales Manager
  • Assist in managing incoming technical inquiries.
  • Utilize continuous improvement techniques to enhance customer experience.
  • Communicate consistently with customers and internal departments to clarify details regarding forecasting, orders, and other requests.
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint Presentations with current pricing, dimensions, weights, and pallet counts for shipping from our NJ warehouse and Vietnam to new and current customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office with an understanding of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP in Excel, and creating PowerPoint presentations required.
  • Knowledge of the export sales process and shipping documentation preferred.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication) to communicate and relay information effectively internally and externally to global customers and at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other employees.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform work in a timely manner.
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious individual with excellent documentation skills.
  • High-energy individual with a willingness to learn.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a sales support role or similar job experience required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
