Overview
The Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator will manage and optimize the client journey through effective pipeline management, tailored email campaigns, and engaging social media outreach. This role is critical to building Cleantech’s brand, supporting our sales team, and driving client engagement through strategic and targeted marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect List Management:
- Organize and maintain Cleantech’s prospect lists, ensuring alignment with segmented marketing strategies for janitorial, concierge, and exterior services.
Email Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute monthly email campaigns for each client segment, using platforms like Pipedrive or Mailchimp.
- Design engaging and professional email templates to drive client interest and conversion.
- Track and report on campaign performance, adapting strategies based on insights.
Pipeline and CRM Management:
- Use CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar) to manage sales pipelines, track client interactions, and monitor prospect engagement.
Sales Support:
- Attend site visits and client meetings with sales representatives, assisting with follow-up and client engagement as needed.
- Prepare and organize sales materials, including creating and following up on quotes.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
Social Media and Content Creation:
- Manage Cleantech’s social media accounts, creating, scheduling, and posting content to enhance our online presence and connect with clients.
- Utilize basic graphic design tools like Canva to create eye-catching social media posts, marketing materials, and promotional assets.
Field Marketing Tasks:
- Conduct in-person drop-offs to client offices, delivering promotional materials or client engagement items as needed.
Inside Sales:
- Qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns and email efforts, responding via phone or email to assess client needs and potential fit.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quote requests across all services, responding promptly to inquiries received over phone and email.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales support or marketing roles, ideally with a B2B focus.
- Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms, like Pipedrive and Mailchimp.
- Basic graphic design skills, with experience in Canva or similar tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging content.
- Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes is an asset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A driver's license and car would be an asset to the position, but are not mandatory.
This is an office-based role, with the potential for hybrid work (1-2 days per week) after an initial period.
