POSITION SUMMARY

Ohanafy is looking for a high-performing Partner Account Manager who will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth through our external network. The successful candidate will work closely with partners to drive mutual growth and success, while ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a quota sales-related role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with external organizations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work outside of standard business hours as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, requests, and issues
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, set goals and objectives, and implement strategies to achieve them
  • Monitor partner performance and track key metrics such as sales targets, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Support partners in their sales efforts, including lead generation, deal registration, pricing and quoting, and sales pipeline management
  • Perform product demonstrations specific to each prospect’s wants and needs
  • Design, develop, and deliver sales slide decks and proposals
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management system (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure all goals and targets are met
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Achieve and/or exceed a quarterly sales quota

DESIRED

  • Experience in the beverage industry
  • Experience with Salesforce as a sales CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,532.21 - $120,834.49 per year
