We are looking for professionals who have at least 3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service with the ability to develop strategies and manage the sales team to bring the company to the next level.

Responsibilities

Create sales goals and quotas, and track progress towards them
Develop sales plans and marketing strategies
Monitor and analyze customer preferences, sales data, and market trends to inform decisions
Mentor and motivate sales representatives
Evaluate performance & design effective strategies
Lead sales team for rewarding sales conversion rate
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and accounting, to meet business targets and company growth
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services
Build and maintain a terrific working environment
Keep up-to-date on the industry trends, economic indicators, and supply and demand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or exceptional skills with in-depth experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Being a peacemaker, a problem solver, a role model, a leader
Detail oriented and Productive at organization and time management
Proficient in CRM software for managing leads and customer information
Continuously learning and researching to sharpen the team and excel through challenges
Understanding of marketing tools to empower marketing team for exponential growth
Ability to lead and manage sales teams in a respectful and effective manner
