Inside Sales Person

Full Time Inside Sales position opportunity with Vancouver Island’s fastest growing welding supply and rentals company.

Growth in market share requires us to add a full time inside sales representative at our Victoria location on Keating Cross Road in Saanichton.

Excellent hours of work in Monday – Friday position.

Barry-Hamel Equipment supplies industrial gases, welding supplies, and welding rentals. As one of our inside sales representatives you will play a key role in working with our customers on a day-to-day basis and be required to meet our high standards of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- provide customer service via phone, email, and direct walk-in sales

- maintain of inventory levels/warehousing shipping/receiving

- process orders, documents, all other office functions

- do daily cash reconciliation on point of sale machine

- be able to drive hot-shot delivery truck when required

Qualifications:

- superior organizational skills

- computer experience with windows-based programs and outlook email

- minimum 2 years experience in an inside sales capacity

- industrial sales experience very beneficial

- clear driving abstract (Class 5 BC licence required)
