D&D Recruit are looking for an On-Site Account Manager who has experience in HR and managing people. We want a professional who will work on site for one of our clients based in Savannah,GA.
Our onsite account managers serve as the liaison between our clients and our employees. It is an account manager's responsibility to address employees needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships and reduce attrition.
This role is based at an automotive manufacturing plant.
You day to day duties will include
A good Account Manager must be customer focused to build trust with customers. You must be a strong communicator to manage the account properly. You will be efficient and a good people person.
Experience required.
$60,000 per annum DOE + Commission + Benefits after 90 days
Monday – Friday (some weekend work depending on client requirement)

You day to day duties will include
- Serve as liaison between client, contract workforce and agency.
- Provide regular feedback to the agency off site resourcing team to continually improve quality of contract resources provided to the site, including hiring and performance management feedback.
- Assist site team with communicating and performing onboarding, training, and security processes, to ensure that all contract resources can safely and confidently do their jobs.
- Meet regularly with site leadership to anticipate potential changes in staffing levels or skills and to ensure that the agency is ready to meet changing needs.
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
- Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
- Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
- Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
- Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Identify and address performance and quality issues with contract resources, providing feedback to appropriate agency representatives for feedback and management.

Experience required.
- HR and People Management Experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Experience working within a high volume staffing background
