Job Description
The Spring House at Louisville, a senior living and memory care community seeks an experienced senior living Sales Manager.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and promoting our services and programs.
Ensure the highest levels of customer service to our team members, residents, guests, vendors and professional referral sources.
Must have a minimum of two years sales experience in a senior living community with verifiable relationships in the local market and be comfortable with conducting external business development activities.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively and professionally with all referral sources, self-starter with ability to create own leads, effective problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office applications.
Develop a comprehensive sales plan that achieves or exceeds optimum occupancy and revenue goals. Manage the Competitive Market Analysis and remain knowledgeable of changing market conditions at all times.
