Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aggressively approach new customers and generate new sales leads/opportunities.
- Achieve annual sales target, profit target and service revenue target.
- Arrange business meetings and conduct presentations to potential customers.
- Create quotations and sales proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new customers and existing customers.
- Learn latest security technologies and solutions.
- Lead appropriate onshore & offshore teams to implement the projects smoothly.
- Always maintain high level of client satisfaction.
- Support company marketing events, increase market awareness and name recognition in the market.
- Keep up to date on industry developments related to tech, players, and practices.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or account management of Software services.
- Experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot will be PLUS.
- Experience selling complex solutions to demanding customers.
- Great relationship management skills and the ability to grow an account.
- Great communications and presentations skills.
- Willing to attend various events as required.
- Experience working with both onshore & offshore teams.
