As a sales associate, you’ll earn up to $10,000+ in any given month

Average income of $5,000 per month from average performances/results

Commission Sales from 80% of the opportunities COMING TO YOU and only 20% Prospecting

High Ticket Retail Sales

Gross written sales volume ranges from $35,000 - $100,000 of product in a month per Salesperson

This is a commission position but you’ll never go without income as you’ll receive $12 an hour, every other week, for spending money between commission checks.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests in a friendly, inviting & non-business manner.

Make our guests comfortable enough for them to share their home furnishing needs so you can bring their visions to life.

Provide world-class guest experiences by offering guests an unforgettable visit.

Establish rapport with guests, strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.

Using empathy to overcome objections.

Take all training to heart and put it into practice with all guests.

Engage and stay engaged with guests while maintaining a low-pressure consultative approach.

Position Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
