Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for key retailers, ensuring strong relationships and timely responses.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products, manage production timelines, and ensure quality and cost control.
- Monitor inventory levels, optimize turnover, and ensure timely deliveries while managing supply chain issues.
- Identify potential risks, track project progress, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
- Maintain project records and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail account management, project coordination, or supply chain.
- Experience with retail partnerships or CPG industry.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, inventory control, and quality management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
