Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the right products to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced construction development environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Calling customers and providing them with a positive experience

- Assist customers in finding solutions for their homes.

- Calling Leads daily.

- Maintain knowledge of your schedule.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

- Ensure that the production team is working with customers' concerns.

- Collaborate with owner to achieve sales goals

- Be able to drive your car to appointments

- We'll train for as longest you need to be trained

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Previous experience in sales is a plus

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service

- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
