Ring Rescue designs, manufacturers and sells medical devices for the safe and effective removal of stuck rings. Ring Rescue will be the global Standard Of Care for this problem. In the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to show off your creativity and passion for developing entertaining and engaging content. You will assist with content creation, social media management, supporting our Sales Team and much more.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will work with the team in the Head Office, as well as Team Members across North America.
What does a Marketing Coordinator do?
- Brainstorm, create, edit & post written, graphic and video content on our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok following brand guidelines
- Create and publish educational, entertaining and engaging blog posts for our target audiences
- Assist in the development and implementation of Customer Success workflows to ensure our customers experience first-class customer support when onboarding our products
- Support Sales team with supporting marketing materials, print materials, and more
- Support and implement website improvements and updates as needed including content, design, SEO, etc.
- Assist in developing marketing emails for leads, customers and distributors
- Perform monthly KPI reporting to allow the Marketing Manager to analyze efforts
- Have new eyes for a fresh & innovative approach to all marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice

- Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing, 2 years of experience preferred
- Self starter, extremely organized and able to prioritize effectively
- In-depth understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok)
- Proficient in Google Properties including but not limited to; Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Slides, etc.
- Must have a good knowledge of SEO marketing
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly technology and computer savvy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-discipline projects concurrently
- A strong team player and somebody who has a can-do attitude
The following skills are not mandatory but would be an asset:
- Experience with Squarespace
- Experience with video creation
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with HubSpot
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
