**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated district, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is commission based for the first quarter

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals within the assigned district

- Lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets

- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers

- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and maximize profitability

- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales effectiveness

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in technology sales, customer service, negotiation, outside sales, account management, business development, and market analysis

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on driving results through effective sales strategies

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others

- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and implementing data-driven decisions

- Demonstrated success in managing a high-performing sales team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $104,432.00 - $111,050.00 per year
