Position Overview:
As the Director of Sales, you will lead the sales team, craft and execute winning strategies, and drive significant revenue growth. You’ll oversee key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and play a pivotal role in the company’s continued success. This role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and proven sales expertise.

- OTE (On-target-earnings): $250k - $295k+

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering professional growth.
- Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with key clients while pursuing new business opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, provide accurate forecasts, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations to align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in the service industry.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
