As a Customer Service Representative at Elemental Risk Management LLC, you will play a vital role in managing client needs and services. Working closely with our Producer and Owner, you will support our carriers, policies, procedures, and strategic growth goals. This position requires independence and the ability to work from a home environment, providing prompt and professional service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients.
  • Coordinate the servicing of assigned accounts and enter data into insurance company automation systems.
  • Provide support to the Producer on pre-renewal processes and handle correspondence and clerical processing of accounts.
  • Process certificate of insurance requests and help track cancellation/reinstatement system for commercial accounts.
  • Maintain an accurate/organized system on all items requiring a response and prepare invoices, ID cards, certificates of insurance, review policies, and other documents as required.
  • Input and maintain data on account management systems and deliver electronic insurance policies.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We offer licensing assistance.
  • No insurance experience is required; must have 3 months of administrator-related work experience.
  • Ability to pass licensing exams and communicate complex concepts in a simple manner.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment and exercise independent judgment.
  • Strong data entry, reading comprehension, and analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Docs, and video conferencing.
  • Risk management expertise and accounting proficiency preferred.
