Wise Staffing Group is looking to hire a goal-oriented sales superstar to help grow our business. This role is for a highly motivated individual that demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality and brings a desire to hunt to our team. The Sales Manager is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships.
Base salary is $70,000 - $75,000 depending on experience (staffing industry B2B sales strongly preferred). Total expected first-year annual compensation ranges from $100,000 -$120,000, including uncapped weekly commission and travel expenses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the region by developing the sales team
- Growing office revenue
- Management of multiple existing offices, including teambuilding, hiring/firing as needed, while driving personal sales
- Develop and implement a revenue growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Skills
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role (staffing industry preferred but not required)
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and management skills
- Proven sales track record, showing revenue growth
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
