CHR Creative is a premier cybersecurity and information security management business in Milwaukie, Oregon. We aim to help businesses achieve robust and significant goals by providing expert advice and direction. We have been partnering with CFO’s, senior management, and company principles since 2006 to help them embrace the latest IT solutions advancements, security, compliance, and governance. We have served over 100 customers, with more than 40% in the nonprofit human services sector. We are located just 10 minutes from the heart of Portland and are a veteran-owned company with a diverse staff and a solid culture.
This position is responsible for the ongoing satisfaction of the company's major accounts. In addition, this position is to develop new opportunities within the existing major accounts and to find and close significant new accounts for the company.
Minimum Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to review sales opportunities
- Work with CHR Management, the technical team, and the client to provide timely progress updates
- Foster a client-centric culture in keeping with our brand image
- Be self-motivated, takes initiative when appropriate
- Positive and encouraging personality

- Keen attention to detail when reviewing new client information
- Ability to communicate with many different client roles, including end-users and ‘C’ level executives
- Make out bound sales calls
- Work inside engineering and customer service to learn the basic tools and processes
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Five (5) years of successful sales experience
- College degree preferred
- Successful history working with large clients
- Ability to get things done through others
- Able to proactively address potential issues either internally or with clients
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work onsite and at client offices
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
Measurements of Accountability:
- Exceed $25,000 per month in gross profit
- Ten (10) client appointments per week
- One (1) new significant account per quarter
- Obtain one new appointment per day
- Maintain an overall gross profit margin of 25%
Salary Range: $55,00 - $60,000 DOE + Performance Compensation $20-$30K
