Position Title: FLEET ACCOUNT MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day functions of our accounts while fostering strong relationships within the supplier and customer supply chain. The ideal candidate will track and drive productivity, optimize account operations, and align with our overall business strategy to support engagement and growth. This position is supported by a team of Account Support Representatives, Account Coordinators, and Account Leads. This position requires customer-facing interactions you will be the main POC for all assigned accounts. This is not a sales position.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Fleet Account Manager will oversee daily account operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective relationship management within the supplier and customer supply chains. This role involves tracking productivity and value generated, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals. The manager will also utilize business systems for accurate reporting, actively engage with clients to drive growth, and prepare presentations for meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Oversee daily functions of assigned fleet accounts to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the supplier and customer supply chains to enhance collaboration and communication
Productivity Identification & Tracking: Monitor and drive productivity and value generated for assigned accounts, ensuring that targets and expectations are met.
Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize and streamline account operations, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
Strategic Implementation: Understand and apply MYCA’s overall business strategy to account management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
System Utilization: Utilize relevant business systems to manage applicable processes effectively, ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.
Engagement & Growth: Actively engage with accounts to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies for account expansion, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Presentations & Meetings: Prepare and deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to communicate performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and opportunities for improvement.
Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects related to fleet management, including upgrades, replacements, and process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Data Analysis: Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends, optimize operations, and inform decision-making.
Required skills:
- 4-5 years' experience in a customer facing role.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the fleet or transportation industry.
- Utilize a variety of channels to communicate and develop relationships with customers, including in-person meetings, video calls, telephone, and email.
- Manage time effectively, be responsive to customer requests and deal with after-hour emergencies as needed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on account performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Proficiency in business systems and software relevant to account management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
WHERE IS THE WORK:
This position is eligible for a hybrid or fully remote work schedule upon completing 90 days in the position and managers discretion.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Statistics, Finance or related field, equivalent training, education and experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
