Harmony Design Group, a premier Landscape Architecture and construction firm, is seeking a Landscape Sales Manager to join our senior leadership team!

Customer service is our top priority, and we need a strategic partner on our team to provide excellent sales and service to our clients while growing our maintenance division.
About the Landscape Sales Manager position:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for residential maintenance clients
- Utilizing sales and marketing skills to grow our maintenance division
- Understanding client needs, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring the sales and delivery of landscaping services
- Meeting and exceeding sales metrics and volume
- Collaborating with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our residential landscape maintenance division
- Developing new sales pipelines, following up on sales leads, and identifying growth markets
- Leading and developing our maintenance and showroom teams
- Managing products and inventory
- Contributing to the success of our maintenance sales by playing a strategic role on our leadership team
Compensation and Benefits for our Landscape Sales Manager:
We are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package including a base starting salary between $75,000 – 85,000 as well as opportunity for commission based on sales performance. We offer medical benefits, a 401k with profit sharing, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 1 week of paid sick leave, and 6 paid company holidays, as well as a take-home vehicle.
Requirements for the Landscape Sales Manager position:
- Proven experience in account management in a related client-facing role.
- Prior sales experience is required, inside or outside of the green industry. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a prior track record of client satisfaction, sales performance, and revenue growth.
- Familiarity with landscape design and landscape maintenance practices, is a plus
- Previous experience coordinating and managing landscape projects, is a plus
- A degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
