Job Overview:
Harmony Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. The Area Sales Manager for Focus Service Hotels is responsible for effectively soliciting group business for five focus service Hilton branded hotels. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on business to ensure the hotels meet their revenue goals. He/she will respond to all Hilton Corporate leads in addition to CVB and direct leads. He/she is the key group sales contact for each hotel and will work with each hotel’s General Manager and our Corporate Director of Revenue to maximize revenues for each hotel. Prospecting for new group and transient corporate accounts will play a key role in this position as well.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Skills:
· Proven track record in sales, preferably in hotel sales

· Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities

· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

· Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals

· Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills

· Delphi fdc experience is a plus

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
