Role Summary:
This entry-level sales role supports both domestic and international military clients. The ideal candidate will manage sales pipelines, build long-term relationships, and respond to the evolving needs of aerospace and defense markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by upholding IPT’s high standards of performance and quality.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with clients through ongoing support, guidance, and expertise.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, recommending strategies for growth and service improvement.
- Increase sales and profitability by staying informed about market conditions, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from securing new contracts to overseeing their successful delivery.
- Develop creative solutions to address project challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Santa Barbara, CA area. This is not a remote position.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B or technical sales environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
