Corporate Services, Inc. is hiring inside sales professionals for our Rockford, IL office. Current openings are on first shift and pay $35-50,000 per year in addition to earning bonuses from a growing, stable company. Details:

Pay: $35-50,000 per year depending on experience

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday; maybe some rotating Saturday morning shifts

Location: 208 Kishwaukee St., Rockford, IL 61104

Position Type: Full-time, direct-hire position

Maintain strong positive customer relationships to more efficiently fulfill current and future hiring needs
Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at client organizations.
Understand client needs and requirements to effectively promote our staffing services and solutions.
Maintaining and cultivating strong and respectful relationships with job seekers to ensure optimally beneficial match for both the company and employee
Coordinate with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
Conduct daily tasks with the highest respect for privacy and an immense attention to detail

Ideal applicants would have staffing industry experience but candidates with similar work experiences in various sales or customer services positions have been successful in the role too.
