Job Summary

Responsible for managing multiple teams or a large team of sales account service managers responsible for managing strategic relationships with several major advertising, paid search customers, or customers of digital products or services. Manages the implementation of advertising, paid search campaigns for customers or fulfillment of digital products or services sales. Creates sales account service management procedures to ensure consistent methods for supporting customers and to ensure high quality and responsiveness. Maintains account management and service logs and databases to track service and ongoing responsiveness. Monitors accuracy and timeliness of advertisements overseen by account service managers as well as customer satisfaction. Manages the development of proposals to customers that incorporate additional advertising products and features or renews or enhances terms of deals. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results, and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages, trains, and develops a sales team, including developing career growth plans and performance goals.
  • Responsible for hitting revenue targets for book-of-business (assigned accounts to themselves and their team).
  • Develops positioning pieces, sales sheets, media packages, presentations and other collateral materials that will position the Company as a leader in the advertising community.
  • Provides custom cross-media solutions to promote new business, enhance value and gain market share with clients.
  • Coordinates product distribution, trafficking and overall sales tracking and ensure that the Advanced Media process is followed.
  • Attends meetings and presentations with Account Executives, proactively communicate with existing and potential clients about the value of the Company's Advanced Media tools.
  • Develops relationships with executive stakeholders at key accounts within book of business.
  • Develops internal processes to streamline internal and external activities.
  • Participates in forecasting and planning with finance for team’s book of business.
  • Provides insight into customer challenges, needs, and opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, engineering, customer success, and sales leadership.
  • Works cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies and drive initiatives.
  • Serves as an escalation point for key customer issues around pricing and commercial agreements.
  • Attends meetings and presentations with Account Executives, proactively communicate with existing and potential clients about the value of the Company's Advanced Media tools.
  • Represents company at industry events.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
