Job Purpose: DBSI, Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled Transformation Strategist (Sales Leader) who will champion our growth initiatives, pushing the boundaries of customer engagement and operational efficiency within the banking sector. This pivotal role is key within DBSI, offering tailor-made solutions that deliver a competitive edge and support client success.
Overview: The ideal candidate is a dynamic presenter who will possess an exceptional ability to create meaningful relationships while also carrying expertise in retail banking transformation. This individual will document and manage account activities efficiently, apply strategic thinking to sales opportunities, and stay abreast of industry trends to provide a distinct selling advantage. You will be expected to cultivate and foster customer-focused relationships, identify clients needs, and effectively communicate the financial benefits of strategic transformation decisions to clients. Ideally, the successful candidate will come armed with a healthy professional network of decision-makers within Financial Services.
Applicants with experience in account management, sales generation, business development, and outside sales OR with previous titles such as: Account Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development Representative are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate and pursue sales leads to develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct strategic market positioning for DBSI in the competitive landscape.
- Empower customers with tailored products and services, solving challenges through expert consultative selling.
- Forge robust, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
- Align personal sales goals with the clients' objectives, facilitating beneficial outcomes for both parties.
- Skillfully manage and deliver impactful oral presentations to a varied audience, advocating for business advancement.
- Provide technical guidance to customers, aiding in their purchasing decisions with insightful product/service plans.
- Proactively collaborate with internal team members, contributing to shared sales strategy development and execution.
- Balance efforts to keep current customers well-informed while remaining focused on sales activities.
Requirements:
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit complemented by effective negotiation and organizational prowess.
- Experience in retail banking transformation and/or design-build environments.
- Expertise in oral presentations and the capacity to develop comprehensive financial strategies.
- A consistent history of successful account management, accountability, and development of strategic sales plans.
- Competence in multitasking with a firm grasp of financial documentation and implications.
- Demonstrated experience in managing contracts and maintaining both new and existing accounts.
