Radiant Vision Systems is on the hunt for a vibrant, seasoned, and self-driven business development professional with a proven track record in high-technology sales to step into our Key Account Sales Manager role. You’ll be reporting directly to the Senior Sales Director, Key Accounts. As the Key Account Sales Manager, you'll shine in developing, managing, and finalizing sales of intricate technical systems. A strategic mindset with a focus on solution sales is essential.
In this Key Account Sales Manager position, you will take on the exciting responsibility of building, nurturing, and managing relationships with strategic customers and their suppliers across various domains within our enterprise accounts. This includes identifying, cultivating, and overseeing significant project opportunities, delivering innovative solutions and problem-solving, and providing support for the demonstration, specification, and implementation of Radiant Vision Systems software and hardware solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main strategic and commercial point of contact for assigned major key accounts and their suppliers, primarily concerning FPD testing.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs for imaging colorimeter systems in applications related to display, lighting, and materials testing.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the key customer's organization, projects, and decision-making processes associated with optical test and measurement systems.
- Produce targeted proposals and finalize sales for both new and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with engineers at Radiant Vision Systems to create and coordinate responses to customers' technical inquiries.
- Communicate customer challenges and opportunities back to Radiant Vision Systems to guide product development priorities and other business strategies.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including trade shows and seminars, as required.
- Keep an accurate sales funnel and forecast.
- Regularly report sales results, forecasts, and any issues to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in technology business development key account development and management. This includes generating, delivering and closing business proposals.
- Experience in optical test and measurement sales or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and sales management skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building/maintenance skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with multinational business environments.
- Able to travel up to 50% to customers, events, etc. without restriction, both in US and internationally.

Compensation Range | $83,000 to $110,000 + Commission
This position is eligible for experience specific compensation ranges based on candidate experience, compensation will be aligned and determined based on this criteria. Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
