The Branch (XC) Sales Coach provides one on one sales coaching support for XC leaders and representatives to drive individual and team performance, meet enterprise goals, and to provide members with the appropriate products for their individual needs.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job Duties:
- Implement coaching action plans at the team and individual level that complement the XC’s strategic priorities and expectations
- Collaborate and calibrate with XC Sales Manager and other Sales Coaches to ensure consistent experience across the XC channel
- Follow up to ensure proper execution of the developed coaching plans
- Review and analyze all relevant sales metrics and KPIs and provide timely feedback to stakeholders (including representatives, trainers and leadership) to drive performance
- Deliver training on incentive plans, sales strategies and behaviors that enhance the membership experience
- Show-coach relationship building strategies and/or demonstrate effective relationship building skills “live”
- Reinforce the adoption and usage of sales strategy, business processes, systems and technology through observation
- Plan and implement sales contests
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ successful experience in a fast paced retail or outbound sales environment; including a minimum of one year successfully coaching representatives on sales productivity
- Ability to articulate complex concepts; able to write/speak clearly and professionally tailoring the message to various audiences, including leadership, technical teams, and member support teams
- Ability to use data and analytic information to gain insights and drive strategic direction
- Ability to assess individual and team skill and performance gaps to create actions plans that improve overall performance
- Ability to influence others to move toward a common vision and goal
- Ability to successfully drive change management in a dynamic and complex operating environment
- Broad knowledge of credit union operations including functions, products, services and regulations is preferred
- Familiarity with reporting and analysis tools (such as Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Satmetrix)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $83,000 - $91,000 annually + annual bonus
