Job Description:
The Retail General Manager/Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with key accounts. They should be able to effectively work for a facility maintenance companies as account manager. This job involves communication and understanding of customer needs. They should also?
- Serve as the liaison between companies and their customers.
- Address customers? needs and concerns to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Work with internal departments to ensure client needs are understood and satisfied.
- May assist with sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving customer experience.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, tracking team performance, and driving customer retention and growth.
