Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and maintain CRM data.
2. Conduct on-site estimations at residential, commercial, and government locations within your designated territory.
3. Utilize product samples, technological tools, and support to effectively close sales.
4. Cultivate professional relationships with contractors in your area through networking efforts.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

1. Strong organizational aptitude with acute attention to detail.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
4. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma/GED required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sustain prolonged periods of walking, standing, crouching, and navigating through various job sites, including attics and crawlspaces.
Must possess the capability to access and maneuver within diverse job environments.
Exposure to varying temperatures, confined spaces, and heights may be encountered.
Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Employment Details:

Full-time position with competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000.
Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
Compensation includes commission-based earnings.
