Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team. As a Business Development and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a key role in our organization that requires strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage projects.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor industry developments and stay updated on market trends
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management regarding business strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field in RV Industry
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
