Community Sales Manager ~ New Home Construction

Specifics of the Role:
As a Community Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all community sales activities. You’ll spend most your time working from a well-appointed beautiful new model home. We make it easy for you to demonstrate the quality and craftsmanship that sets us apart from the competition.
· Initiate prospecting and marketing campaigns to attract new customers
· Proactively create an initial rapport with customers and anticipate their needs.
· Demonstrate model home and home sites to customers
· Provide a superior level of customer service that will attract, maintain and cultivate loyal and satisfied Petros Homes Home buying customers.
· Meet established sales goals as stated in sales agreements and sales meetings
· Be a self-starter who is willing and able to work on his/her own.
· Act professionally in both manner and dress.
· Accommodate as necessary, buyers and realtors both before and after open hours, within reason, for the purpose of writing a contract, performing a walk-through, Attend all scheduled sales meetings at the main office or other established location.
· Must be empathetic yet firm when making decisions or coaching customers
Minimum Qualifications
· At least 2 years of commissioned sales experience
· Proven sales results
· Very good oral and written communication skills
· Valid Driver’s License
· Maintain 5-day work week, including weekends to accommodate our customers
