Job Description

Martin Recruitment Inc. is a startup recruitment agency based out of Edmonton that is growing extremely quickly. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven " Sales Account Executive" to join the Martin Recruitment Team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Duties

  • Prospecting of new clients with recruitment needs through the generation leads, cold outreach, networking etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and assess competition.
  • Utilize CRM to track sales activities and managing of accounts
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favourable terms for the company.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Business to Business (B2B sales experience)
  • Exposure to and previous working experience in the recruitment industry is highly preferred
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Skilled in negotiation tactics that lead to successful outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software's for account management.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and trends relevant to our industry.
  • Experience in business development strategies that foster growth.
