Martin Recruitment Inc. is a startup recruitment agency based out of Edmonton that is growing extremely quickly. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven " Sales Account Executive" to join the Martin Recruitment Team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Duties
- Prospecting of new clients with recruitment needs through the generation leads, cold outreach, networking etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and assess competition.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities and managing of accounts
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favourable terms for the company.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Previous Business to Business (B2B sales experience)
- Exposure to and previous working experience in the recruitment industry is highly preferred
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Proficient in analyzing data to drive informed business decisions.
- Skilled in negotiation tactics that lead to successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with CRM software's for account management.
- Knowledge of market dynamics and trends relevant to our industry.
- Experience in business development strategies that foster growth.
