Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the multifamily construction market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
- Proven track record of sales success in the construction industry
- Experience selling to multifamily developers and general contractors
- Strong account management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
