Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and industry experienced individual to lead our real estate sales team. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base. The Head of Sales will oversee all sales activities, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention, and will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Duties:

- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success

- Scale and grow the sales team as we expand into new regions

- Move the needle on Sales KPIs, conversion rates, shortening sales cycles, and sales funnel opportunities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer service

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales leadership roles of 5+ Years

- Strong experience in account management, business development, and technology sales

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
