The Job – Sales Manager Trainee

Join our dynamic, professional, and fast-growing team as a Sales Manager Trainee within our Sales and Marketing division. This opportunity allows you to start at the ground level, where you will learn our proven sales systems, deliver exceptional performance, and help us scale those systems to build and manage high-performing teams.

In this role, training will be a major focus initially, as you learn the ins and outs of face-to-face Sales & Marketing. You’ll work closely with your Trainer & Mentor to master our system, gaining hands-on experience representing our most high-value clients within the Customer Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and execute sales processes with excellence
Engage with customers directly, assessing their needs, and driving long-term value
Perform in a high-stakes environment to drive results and lead by example
Help scale your success into systems that will drive large, high-performing teams
Eventually take on leadership responsibilities as you progress in your training
