We are looking for a Jewelry Sales Manager to lead our dedicated team of Customer Experience Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Concierges in our Chestnut Hills showroom. As a leader, you will cultivate an environment of partnership and positivity, encouraging a bias towards action and a commitment to customer excellence. This role is pivotal in driving our sales goals and directly contributing to the growth of our company.

What You’ll Do:

Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, omni-channel environment.
Drive showroom sales performance through deep understanding of business priorities, direct coaching, and oversight of team KPIs.
Design and implement strategies to enhance customer service efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer care to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring the highest level of service.
Oversee showroom management, maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and ensure the showroom environment reflects our luxury brand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
