We are looking for a Jewelry Sales Manager to lead our dedicated team of Customer Experience Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Concierges in our Chestnut Hills showroom. As a leader, you will cultivate an environment of partnership and positivity, encouraging a bias towards action and a commitment to customer excellence. This role is pivotal in driving our sales goals and directly contributing to the growth of our company.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, omni-channel environment.
- Drive showroom sales performance through deep understanding of business priorities, direct coaching, and oversight of team KPIs.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance customer service efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer care to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Oversee showroom management, maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and ensure the showroom environment reflects our luxury brand.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
