Job Description
Well established Import Dealer in Savannah Area is looking for an experienced Sales Manager and/or F&I Manager with the ability to manage sales team, achieve sales goals, and manage inventory.
Sales Manager Duties
- Recruit, hire, train and oversee a team of automotive salespeople
- Set sales goals, track process and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Coach Sales People on best practices for closing more vehicles deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
- Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
- Step in the answer customer questions and issues when required
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings
- Develop and manage a CRM platform to retail customers and seek new prospects
- Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
- Compile regular reports to management review
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
