Provide the highest level of customer service for consignees and international customers while effectively managing inventory, orders, and related processes. In support of this objective, this position is responsible for set up, stock, management and reconcile of Domestic and International Consignment warehouses and ensures consignment orders are shipped quickly, efficiently, accurately, and economically with cost saving procedures. This person sends and collects monthly reports to consignees and manages consignment products by establishing consignee within our systems, creating reorder points (taking advantage of volume shipping) while staying under client’s financial limits. Initiating monthly contact, follow up on concerns, and keeping consignee within close contact to minimize company’s risk or loss of product. Ensure process for setting up consignment warehouses is properly followed.

Work Performed:

Set up new Consignees on Consignment by reviewing and completing remainder of application form, then creating agreement.

• Finish new Consignee application that has been started by sales manager; create a Contract, and emailing contract to new Consignee.

Create an accurate and sustainable consignee inventory tracking system for Inventory Management and Accounts Receivable.

Files UCC annually with each Consignee State.

Generate proper sales order of consignment stock shipments.

Follow the current consignment process/procedure.

Proper communication and updates with client/consignee.

Transfers inventory into Consignment warehouses for new stock replenishments.

Reconcile consignee usage daily based on inventory valuation and trial balance reports in new consignee tracking system. Reports will include the monthly beginning and ending balance, quantities used and resulting sales orders to reflect monthly billing for inventory used.

Disseminate consignee inventory information daily into tracking system for consignee feedback to be verified and entered into consignee report.

Collect Consignee product usage report every 30 days.

Coordinate with Managing Directors to obtain proper reporting, when necessary.

Notify Managing Director and credit manager if Consignee is late reporting.

Enter project reports into computer system promptly.

Answer daily emails or phone calls in a timely manner.

Produce monthly report of Consignment for CFO, Managing Director, CEO and Customer Care Manager, including:

• Report date
• Last contact
• Value consigned

Back up Customer Care and Receptionist, as needed.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years experience.
• Full-Time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
