The Details:

This position is based at our Pointe-Claire (Montreal), QC office, and reports directly to the President of Mint Green. The role follows a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office and two days per week working remotely.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The results-driven Manager of Corporate Sales will lead sales efforts and drive growth across North America's Corporate/Promotional marketplace. This role will focus on developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized solutions to meet customer needs.

The best candidate will have a proven track record in promotional/corporate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

1. LEAD THE SALES GROWTH OF MINT GREEN’S CORPORATE DIVISION

  • With the support of Mint Green’s executive team, develop and execute a business plan that will drive incremental growth for Mint Green through the launch of a new business unit focused on the Corporate/Promotional marketplace in N. America.

2. SALES PLANNING AND MARKETPLACE MANAGEMENT

  • Develop and manage the annual sales budget for our corporate division, including units, revenue, and gross profit forecasts by brand.
  • Set sales targets by Key Account and manage the distribution of our brands and our seasonal GTM efforts.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve seasonal sales goals.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team; submit a forecast by style, with an understanding of the buy calendar.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitive activity.

3. MANAGE TERRITORY SALES TEAM

  • Maintain national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential.
  • Identify and define sales territories.
  • Implement Channel Strategy, specifically focusing on the growth of the On Course channel in Canada.
  • Actively travel with reps to identify strengths and weaknesses and develop sales and strategic skills in line with company objectives.
  • Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
  • Design independent off-course incentive programs to grow sales in line with company objectives.
  • Develop infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales team.
  • Set sales targets by rep by channel by product and manage reps relative to these targets.
  • Set specific Distribution/Door Targets and manage reps relative to these targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar corporate/promotional sales role.
  • Must have existing relationships within the corporate/promotional sales sector.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate/promotional sales world.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • High proficiency in using technology and sales management tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events, customer meetings, and sales conferences.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $115,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
