- Lead Generation: Follow the lead generation process and sales stages meticulously.
- Track & Organize: Keep track of activities and notes in CRM to stay organized.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Set Appointments: Arrange meetings for sales managers with potential clients.
- Follow Up: Maintain regular follow up with customers to nurture and grow relationships.
- Present Solutions: Provide and present sales materials to customers, showcasing our offerings.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, especially in the healthcare/pharmacy industry.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred with at least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
