Basic Functions and Scope of Job: The purpose of the Service Inside Sales is to develop new leads, communicated with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role is also responsible for quotation management and aftersales internal support.

KeyResponsibilitiesandAccountabilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering customer questions and sending additional information if needed
  • Service Sales related Order Entry – Using SalesForce and associated tools
  • Keeping up with service products information and updates
  • Explaining Service products to Customer and Channel Partners
  • Provide day to day support for the Regional Service Sales workforce
  • Interfacing with Channel Partners and Direct Clients for information request and quotations.
  • Preparing and quoting Service agreements and other services as directed or requested and follow up with Channel Partners and Direct Clients
  • Provide support to and with other department to ensure smooth execution of Service projects
  • Maintains a neat, clean, and safe working condition
  • Adheres to all the established department and company standard operating procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

This role is pivotal in supporting customer service efforts. The individual in this position must have a high degree of integrity, resourcefulness, and professionalism in working with colleagues and clients. Relationship building, client service, and the ability to follow up in a timely manner are critical for success. The ideal candidate will have relative experience, excellent communication and time management skills, and manufacturing aptitude.

  • Minimum education of a high school diploma required; vocational school diploma or higher in a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Business Environment
  • Minimum of two (2) year experience in Vendor/Client Relation (B2B)
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understand Costing / Margin / Markup / Profit
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge
  • Ability to achieve target
  • Experience using CRMs, SAP is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in current versions of MS Office is required, and must be able to navigate custom databases and on-line document management software
  • Travel up to 30% is required
