What You Will Do

As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for showing customers the Zimbrick way and why we are selected Best of Madison year in and out. You will assist guest throughout their car buying experience by listening to their needs and finding them the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget. Through this process you will be assisting with test drives, providing competitive pricing, negotiating to close deals, recommend additional products and services, assist with delivery and set up of their new vehicle, and promptly follow-up to continue to build your book of business!

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate the company’s Core Values every day

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude

Preferred

  • Experience using CRM software and data mining tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Seeking prior automotive sales experience, will consider the right applicants without.

While previous sales experience is helpful, it is not required. We will help train you to succeed, obtain your state sales license, and become a master in offering quality products with excellent customer service.

Job Type – Full Time
Pay –Top experienced Sales Consultants earn up to $100k plus a year.
Hours: 5 day work week Monday-Saturday with a day off during the week and closed on Sunday. Hours of operation are 8:30am-7:00pm Monday and Thursday; 8:30am-6:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 8:30am-4:00pm Saturday
