AC Furia is a rapidly growing pump and motor repair company known for our commitment to customer-centric solutions. With a fleet of seven trucks on the road every day and a team of 20-25 dedicated professionals, we are a leading name in the industry. Now, we are looking to expand our team by welcoming a Pump Sales Representative to help us promote and sell our pump systems and related equipment to government agencies, municipalities, and utility companies.
Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative at AC Furia, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by connecting clients with the high-quality pump systems and solutions we offer. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of pump systems, including sewage pumps, water supply pumps, and their applications.
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to target clients, considering their specific needs and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and procurement officers to identify opportunities and secure contracts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our pump systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the most suitable pump solutions for their projects.
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, including cost estimates, specifications, and project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and generate leads.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
· Offer post-sales support, including troubleshooting, warranty inquiries, and coordination with technical teams for installations and maintenance.
· Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts for management and tracking purposes.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in all sector, particularly concerning water and wastewater systems.
· Depending on the region, travel to meet clients and prospects may be required.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
· Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences.
· Success in this role typically requires a combination of technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate the public sector procurement process effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
- Familiarity with CRM database for clients management
- Knowledge and adherence to job site safety. (OSHA)
- Engineering degree preferred or have a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or 5 years of direct technical sales experience in lieu of degree
- Valid Driver’s License required.

Compensation/Pay:
- $75,000-$90,000 Base + Commision
