ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Experience Coordinator reports to the Customer Success Supervisor and works within the Scaled Sales Team to grow the business and continuously improve the sales experience within the Peloton Commercial organization.

As a Sales Experience Coordinator, you will focus on helping Peloton Commercial to achieve and exceed sales goals. You'll do this by handling inbound leads and conducting outbound lead generation to uncover new business. You'll build relationships to understand customer business challenges and how Peloton can solve them with our portfolio of offerings & services. You will educate and skillfully guide commercial customers through the Peloton buying experience while ensuring the highest level of quality, customer care, and integrity. You are a results-focused individual who is agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where wearing many hats is often necessary to get the job done.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Maintain a consultative selling approach; selling the company's core products, accessories, and ancillary product offerings (i.e., extended warranties, preventive maintenance programs) to Commercial Customers.
  • Serve as product expert utilizing detailed knowledge of products, and services offered and ensure that those products/services consistently meet client needs.
  • Manage the inside sales process from lead prospecting, lead qualification, building quotes through to closure.
  • Receive and process customer orders efficiently and assist in improving order operations
  • Work closely with the internal Finance Department to facilitate credit approvals and payment arrangements, as well as partnering with the customer's chosen external financing partners
  • Collaborate with marketing & sales partners to generate leads & move them through the sales funnel as quickly as possible.
  • Take ownership in answering any customer questions and delegating to the appropriate team for solutioning
  • Participate in team meetings & support ongoing process improvements to help Peloton Commercial achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets
  • Assist with trade shows and conferences when necessary
  • Assist with special projects or other duties as needed

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3 years of experience in sales or sales coordination experience including some experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation is required
  • Project management or operational knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Present a professional and congenial phone manner (i.e.: tone, vocabulary, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls, emails, and workload on a consistent basis
  • High degree of organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to effectively formulate written correspondence
  • Ability to think and act quickly, be a self-initiator, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Ability to act as a liaison between multiple departments with efficiency
  • Strong working knowledge of computers, experience with Google or Microsoft productivity tools
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM system required. Groove/Outreach, Genesys, and Looker knowledge are a plus.
  • Familiarity with the fitness or health industry or Peloton is a plus
